1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped/processed by our supplier. To cancel, please email us immediately at himangshuahirofficial@gmail.com or call 8116436853 with your order number.

Once an order has been processed for shipnnping, it caot be cancelled and will follow our standard return process instead.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described in the product listing.
  • You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and practicality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at checkout
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product (especially for damaged or defective items).

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during transit), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI; you will be asked to share your bank details.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect.
  3. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on product availability and your preference.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected.

9. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Please note that as a dropshipping store, delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier location, typically ranging from 7–20 business days. Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any shipping concerns.
